With correct ideology as the guiding principle,characteristic development in primary and secondary schools fully embodies educational philosophy of holistic inclusivity and individualized development.To build school uniqueness, it is important to leverage schools' strengths into distinctive features with suitable projects as entry points. Such development must be integrated into the holistic educational system to create brand recognition. Additionally, collaborative efforts from all stakeholders are essential to ensure the sustainability of characteristic development.
