在新课程的背景下，以地方课程为例从教材资源、场馆资源、数字资源三个方面提出开发与利用的建议，旨在转变教学观念、优化课程内容、探索课程实施新路径，有效落实新课程方案。
Abstract：In the context of new curriculum, taking the local curriculum as an example, suggestions are put forward on the development and utilization of teaching materials, venue resources and digital resources, aiming at transforming the concept of teaching, optimizing the content of the curriculum, exploring new paths of curriculum implementation and effectively implementing the program of new curriculum program.
