教师在几十年的职业生涯中 ,其自身发展的内涵是什么 ?发展的过程和机制是怎样的 ?有哪些主要阶段和任务 ?为了使教师获得一个成功的职业生涯 ,应对此作概要分析
Abstract：In the long years of teaching, what is the connotation of teachers' self-development? What is the procedure and mechanism of the development? What are the main phases and tasks? It should be analyzed for the sake of teachers' success in their teaching career.
