以大连市义务教育阶段15000余名教师为研究对象,深入分析了新课程、新教材在义务教育阶段的实施现状和面临的挑战,并从优化教师专业发展支持体系、提升教研与培训质量、满足学生个性化学习需求三个维度提出对策,旨在推动新课程、新教材的深入实施,助力区域基础教育高质量发展。
Abstract:Based on the survey of over 15, 000 teachers in compulsory education phase in Dalian, this research thoroughly analyzes the current implementation status and challenges faced by new curricula and textbooks in compulsory education. It proposes countermeasures from three dimensions: optimizing the support system of teachers' professional development, enhancing the quality of teaching research and training, and meeting students' personalized learning needs, aiming at promoting the in-depth implementation of new curricula and textbooks, thereby contributing to the high-quality development of regional basic education.
