聚焦区域实际,充分挖掘联合教研的潜能优势,深入开展幼小科学衔接的实践探索。一方面,全力推动本地区联合教研机制走向健全完善,多维度探索符合区域实际的联合教研有效实施路径,切实提高联合教研的实效性。另一方面,以此为依托,大力加强幼儿园与小学教师间的深度研究探讨与交流互动,促使教师积极转变教育观念,不断优化教育行为,全方位推动幼小科学衔接落地,帮助幼儿顺利实现从幼儿园到小学的过渡。
Abstract:Focusing on regional actual situation, we have fully explored the potential advantages of joint teaching and research, and carried out in-depth practical exploration of the scientific transition from kindergarten to primary school. On the one hand, we have made every effort to promote the mechanism of joint teaching and research in the region towards soundness and perfection, explored the effective implementation path of joint teaching and research in line with the actual situation of the region in a multi-dimensional way, which has effectively improved the practicality of joint teaching and research.On the other hand, based on this mechanism, we have intensified the in-depth research and communication between kindergarten and primary school teachers, urged teachers to transform their educational concepts and optimize their educational behaviors, and facilitated the implementation of the scientific transition from kindergarten to primary school in an all-round way so as to help young children realize the transition from kindergarten to primary school smoothly.
