作业设计是目前各位学者和一线教师研究的热门话题。以初中数学函数作业设计为例，重点阐述函数作业设计策略:紧扣教学目标、注重层次性、体现多样化和强调多维度，并配以实例讲解。作业设计实例展示了设计策略的具体应用，期望带给一线教师启发。

Assignment design is currently a popular topic studied by scholars and front-line teachers. Taking the mathematical function assignment design in middle schools as an example, this paper emphatically elaborates on the design strategies of function assignments which are closely aligned with the teaching objectives, focus on stratification, demonstrate diversity,emphasize multi-dimension, and all are explained with examples that demonstrate the specific application of design strategies in expectation of bringing inspiration to front-line teachers.
