劳动教育是发挥劳动育人功能，对学生进行热爱劳动、热爱劳动人民的教育活动，是新时代党对教育的新要求，是“五育”的重要组成部分，对培养全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人具有重要的意义。小学劳动教育要从构建课程体系、挖掘传统文化、打造特色活动、创设多元评价、协同多方合作等方面实践。

Labor education is to give full play to the educational function of labor, to educate students to love labor and love working people. It is the Party's new requirements for education in the new era,and it is also an important part of“five education”, which is of great significance for the cultivation of all-round development of socialist builders and successors. Primary school labor education should be explored and practised from the following aspects: construct curriculum system, explore traditional culture, create special activities, develop diversified evaluation and collaborate with multi-party cooperation.
