小课题研究秉承"教学即研究,教师即研究者,成果即成长"的价值追求,成为促进教师自主专业成长、推动学校优质发展、深化教育教学改革的一个有效途径。在区域范围内整体推进小课题研究,要采取教育行政政策推动、业务部门专业引领、基层学校本土化实践等有效策略,以促进小课题研究的规范化、专业化和特色化发展。
Abstract:Small research subjects stick to the principles of"teacher is research,teacher is researcher,and achievement is growth."The research has become an effective approach to promoting teachers' autonomous professional growth and schools' quality development,and to deepening teaching reform.In terms of regional small research subjects,we should resort to administrative promotion,professional guidance,and school-based practice to enhance normalization,professionalization and characterization of small research subjects.
